6 Weeks to a Faster Mile Time

A coach-led, proven system for increasing your endurance and speed.  Tailored to where you are today, this is not a generic couch to 5k template.

How It Works

  • Begins on May 8th, 2020.  All participants go through the 6 week group program together.
  • In the first week you'll do a timed mile run.
  • Based on your specific time, we'll provide workouts tailored to your speed to do on your own 3 days / week.
  • These workouts will assume no special equipment.  Just bodyweight and the ability to run.  Each workout requiring no more than an hour of your time.
  • In addition to the workouts, brief video lessons will be released each week to help you improve technique & recovery.  Most lessons include additional resources to help you make the most of them.
  • There will be two group video calls: 1) a getting started overview held the first weekend and 2) a midpoint check-in and Q&A.  Calls will be recorded and posted later if you can't attend.
  • In the end, you'll retest your mile time and get this... we guarantee you'll be faster.  Like, literally you can have your money back if you're not.

This 6-week program was designed by and will be led by Evidence Based Athlete head coach, Nicole Latimer.  She's been coaching for 10+ years and has been an endurance athlete her whole life - setting state records in Kansas and Missouri in the half marathon and 12k respectively.  She walks the walk.  This program is the real deal.  Tested.  Proven.  Effective.

Weekly Lessons

In addition to the workouts, each week includes a brief lesson to help you get the most out of your endurance training.  These lessons cover everything from enhancing recovery to increasing preformance.
